Promote & Earn – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the "Promote & Earn" program by Studr – AI Notetaker. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to comply with the App Store and Google Play guidelines and ensure fair participation for all users.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to all registered Studr users with an active account. You must comply with all applicable laws and the Studr Terms of Service.

2. How It Works

• Create and post a short video about Studr on TikTok or Instagram Reels (or other supported platforms as listed in the app).
• Submit your video link through the in-app form under "Promote & Earn."
• Our team will manually review each submission to verify authenticity and engagement.

3. Reward Criteria

• Rewards are based on real engagement metrics such as views, likes, and the quality of the content.
• Typical reward levels (subject to change):
  • 500+ views → 3 days free access
  • 2,000+ views → 7 days free access
  • 5,000+ views → 14 days free access
  • 10,000+ views → 1 month free access
• All reward values and eligibility thresholds may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards are limited to free in-app access only — no cash or external compensation is provided.

4. Review & Approval

All submissions are reviewed manually by the Studr team. Review time typically takes 5–10 business days. Users who qualify will be notified via email, and their reward will also appear in the app once approved.

5. Abuse & Misuse

• Any attempt to artificially inflate engagement metrics (e.g., fake views, paid likes, bots, or deceptive methods) will result in immediate disqualification.
• Studr reserves the full right to refuse or revoke rewards at any time if fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behavior is detected.
• Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent suspension from the Program or the app.

6. Modification & Termination

Studr may modify, suspend, or terminate the "Promote & Earn" Program at any time, with or without notice. Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, or sponsorship relationship with Studr.

7. Communication

Participants who qualify for a reward will receive an email confirmation and see their free-access reward reflected in-app under their account. All official communication will be made through verified Studr channels only.

8. Terms Acceptance

By submitting your video link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree that any decision by Studr regarding eligibility or reward issuance is final and binding.
